Jason Campbell will be the starter going into the 2011 season. Given his inconsistency in 2010, the Raiders must hedge its bet and bring in a quarterback of the future. The backup quarterback is Kyle Boller and is no threat to be anything more than a backup. The Raiders are a favorite to land Pryor and they are, like many teams, exploring Pryor's on and off-the-field resume. The quarterback play can't get any worse and even a slight bump in production will lead to a more competitive team. Right? Chad Ochocinco may have said it best during his media conference call. Did we hire Jon Gruden to be the Head Coach? All of a sudden we have six Quarterbacks on the roster. Charlie Frye was officially added to the roster today. So now we have a glut of QBs and not the slightest idea why? The short: Gradkowski wasn't wowing people, Walter wants out. Southwick was a longshot. Frye might actually have a chance to make it as the third Quarterback based on these scenarios. Time will tell, but that QB group might be a crowded place come OTAs.
